Merger of Alma Media subsidiaries completed

MERGER OF ALMA MEDIA SUBSIDIARIES COMPLETED
 
The mergers of Alma Media Corporation and its subsidiaries Suomalainen Lehtipaino Oy, Alpress Oy and Marcenter Oy have been completed as planned. The mergers were entered in the Trade Register on 31st December 2007.
 
The Boards of Directors of Alma Media Corporation and its subsidiary companies Suomalainen Lehtipaino Oy, Alpress Oy and Marcenter Oy signed on May 28 2007 a merger plan according to which Suomalainen Lehtipaino, Alpress and Marcenter will merge with their parent company Alma Media Corporation. The merger plan was entered to Trade Register on 19 June 2007. The aim of the mergers is to clarify corporate structure.
