The commercial paper programme will enable the company to ensure, in line with its treasury policy, that it has sufficient financial instruments at its disposal for its various capital needs. The programme permits the company to issue notes totalling 0--100 MEUR. The unused part of the programme was MEUR 81 on March 31, 2012.

Alma Media Corporation has a two-year credit facility for EUR 30 million with Pohjola Bank. The credit facility is valid until October 9, 2012. On March 31, 2012 , the unused part of the credit facility was MEUR 18.0.
 

35 MEUR credit facility

Alma Media Corporation has a credit facility for EUR 35 million with SEB, valid until December 19, 2012.  On March 31, 2012, the unused part of the credit facility was MEUR 20.
