Satakunnan Kansa is a regional seven-day newspaper in the Satakunta province, published in Pori. Its supplement Virta, focusing on weekend events, leisure and TV programmes, appears on Fridays. A Sunday supplement complements the weekend offering. Circulation for Satakunnan Kansa is 52,370 (Finnish Audit Bureau of Circulations 2010).

Satakunnan Kansa's online service www.sk24.fi offers online news, discussions, background and provides an efficient service channel between readers and advertisers. The online service has as much as 64,000 unique visitors a week.
 
Satakunnan Kansa is published by Satakunnan Kirjateollisuus Oy. In addition it's subsidiary Porin Sanomat Oy is publishing Porin Sanomat, a weekly free city paper distributed to almost 60,000 households.
